Delivery & Returns

Shipping
We dispatch your orders within 2 days. We’re happy to provide local hand delivery in Auckland.
We offer a $12 next day delivery fee for Auckland provided the order is placed before 10 a.m.
Except next day delivery orders placed after 12pm will leave us the next working day. We will always notify you if there ever are any delays on your order. We ship items Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Packages do not leave our facility on weekends.

Free Shipping applies to Auckland shipping address only.
While we do offer nationwide shipping, we do not currently have any international options.
Please note that all delivery times are approximate and not strictly guaranteed to arrive within the indicated timeframe as additional courier demand may be outside of our control.
Order Amendments
It may happen you want to amend your order. We have 2 hours window for that. You can make any amendments such as swap products, change gift messages, change a shipping address, cancel your order, or request a refund. Please request any of these changes within 2 hours of order placed. We will try our best to help you out. However, we try to ship the orders receives as quick as possible, we will not be able to amend the order in that case.

If your package is marked undeliverable.
In the event of shipping delays or errors due to incorrect address information provided, please contact us immediately so that we may try to remedy the situation. Please know, this will most likely create delivery delays and may not be an option. When possible, we are happy to honor a replacement gift box for a nominal fee.
If your package is marked delivered but nobody delivered.
At first instance we will suggest you to look around. There is a chance the package was placed in a discreet location around their door, yard, on the side of their house, in a building lobby or in a package locker (apartment buildings). Double-check the address you noted on the order to ensure it is correct. If a box is delivered according to the tracking information provided, but the recipient didn’t get it, please contact us immediately so that we may assist in tracking it down. Please be aware, this is a rare situation that’s unfortunately out of our control, and could be attributable to any number of things, including the package being stolen or lost. We encourage you to file a carrier claim, as we will do too.  When possible, we are happy to honor a replacement gift box for a nominal fee.
Returns, Exchanges, Refund
We want you to look good and feel confident your gift arrived as you intended. If you do not feel 100% satisfied with your experience, the box, or the products inside, please let us know. Please contact us as soon as possible or within 24 hours of package delivery so that we may make it right, for both you and your loved one. We will be happy to replace any damaged items (pending availability) or offer a refund. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery If you received damaged product or your you have not received the package or you have received wrong products.
To claim the refund, you need to share proof of purchase and you may be asked to share the pictures of the delivered package including damages items.
If you are not happy with the product you can return or request an exchange within 7 days of package delivered. For this, product must be in same condition and unused. Some products can’t be retuned such as loose packed food items, flowers and opened health & beauty products.
Please note that all refund will be processed back to original payment method.
